Message :I am always for the development of products for the 300zx. I am just not always impressed with high lift and severe ramp up and ramp down of the cam lobes. Being that they are billet will be nice.
:Are you going to design your lifters or reuse Tomei's? I am using you will still be using shims.
:

Well no one said these were going to be an extreme ramp of a lobe but these camshafts will be made based on the specifics of what the engine is built for. So if you want an extreme profile for high boost and high RPM we can do that..or if you want something mid range and more soft we can do that too. The point of these camshafts is to be able to use either or on the lifters and having the customization of using whatever profile we want and the price never changes. I've priced out what it cost for a set of lifters to be made and Tomei has the best deal so I'll stick with those but I can have solids made they are just more pricey as they are cut from billet as well. I would def use shims as well as with the wear and tear its easier to replace shims vs lifters.

Be on the look out for an 8qt oil pan too!
